2. EPI = Endpoint Identifier = Device Identification Number

3. Serial No = Device Serial Number

4. App Version = Current Application Version on Terminal

5. Release Date = Release Date of Current Application Version

6. Release Time = Release Time of Current Application Version

7. Phone Numbers = Phone Contact to ISO Tech Support and Sales Support

8. Call Me = Open a Ticket with ISO Tech Support with following concerns:

  • Hardware Issue
  • Other Issue
  • Payment Issue
  • Sales
  • Statement Issue
  • Transaction Issue
