Open Support Ticket

Only Applicable to Merchant Accounts

1. Navigate to Transactions in the Sidebar Menu.

2. Locate the Transaction, select the Vertical Ellipsis(), followed by Open Ticket.

3. Select the Subject in the dropdown, fill out the Description of the concern regarding the ticket, document your beset Call Me Back number followed by finally selecting Submit.
