Only Applicable for Merchant Accounts
1. Navigate to Engage My Customer in the Sidebar Menu
2. Locate the Customer(s) to Send a Promotion to, check the checkbox on the left, select the Action button followed by Send Promotion.
3. Select which Promotion, enter a Custom Message to send to this Customer followed by Send to complete.
Alternatively,
1. Navigate to Engage My Customer in the Sidebar Menu.
2. Locate the Customer to Send a Promotion to, select the Vertical Ellipsis followed by Send Promotion.
