Open a Ticket

Only Applicable to Merchant Accounts

1. Navigate to Transactions in the Sidebar Menu

2. Locate Transaction you need to Open a Ticket regarding, select the Vertical Ellipsis() followed by Open Ticket.

3. Complete the description information detailing an issue you were having with a Transaction, enter a Call back number for your ISO to reach back to you, followed by Submit to complete the Ticket Creation.
