1. Navigate to Merchant Management in the Sidebar Menu.
2. Click the Add button followed by Full Board.
3. Select which Office this Merchant will fall under.
Office is the Main ISO or Sub ISO
4. Enter all required Contact information for the Merchant including the following:
- Email Address
- DBA Name
- Legal Name
- Username
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone Number
- Address
- Zip Code
- City
- State
- Time Zone
When completed with this page select Next.
5. Enter all required Store information for the Merchant including the following:
- Store Name
- Manager
- Phone Number
- Address
- Zip Code
- City
- State
- Time Zone
- MCC Code (Must Match VAR MCC/SIC)
- Store Descriptor
- Devices (this will be populated from the next step)
6 Under Devices, select the + Add Device followed by entering the new Terminal's following information:
- Name
- Device
- Device Type (Gets Auto Populated when selecting Device)
- Processor
- MID
- V# / TID
- Store No (Store Number)
- Terminal No (Terminal Number)
- BIN Number
- Industry
- Agent Bank Number
- Chain
- Agent
- EBT CASH / EBT FOOD
- EBT FNS No (Required for EBT FOOD)
- Surcharge or Cash Discount
- Flat Fee Amount $ or Custom Fee Amount %
- Fiscal URL
- Serial No (Serial Number of Terminal being used. Can be left blank)
When completed select +Update Device followed by confirming if you are adding an additional Terminal to this Merchant. Select Next to move forward to the Modules page.
7. Select which Modules you would like for the M er chant to have access to.
Note: These will be available in the Merchant's Sidebar Menu.
8. Once all Modules are selected, press Update Merchant to complete the Full Board of this Merchant.
