1. Navigate to User Management in the Sidebar Menu.
2. Select the Add button followed by Add SUB-ISO.
3. Fill out all required information including:
- Email Address
- DBA Name
- Username
- First Name
- Last Name
- Phone Number
- Address
- Zip Code
- City
- State
- Role (ISO Operator)
- Tech Support Phone Number
- Extension 1
- Tech Support Email Address
- Sales Support Phone Number
- Extension 2
- Sales Support Email Address
- Sub-ISO Logo
4. Next on the Manage page, you will be able to select which Merchants the SUB-ISO or Salesperson is able to support. When completed select Next.
5. Next, you will be able to determine which Processors the Sub-ISO has access to. Select the appropriate Processor BIN ranges and select Next.
6. Next, you will select which Modules you would like the Sub-ISO to have access to.
7. To complete their Boarding process select Submit.
An Activation Link will be sent to the Email Address you've boarded for that Sub-ISO.
